Agile is one of the world’s most popular approaches to software development, owing to its focus on flexibility, responsiveness to change, and valuing individual users. This PMI-ACP® course aims to remind delegates about the basic methodologies and 12 Principles underpinning Agile before moving on to different approaches to Agile development, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile, Dynamic Systems Development Method, and many more.
Designed for advanced Project Managers, passing the PMI-ACP® examination provides proof to employers of an individual’s skill, experience, and knowledge of Agile concepts, making employees stand out even in an environment of professionals with other Agile experience

The PMI-ACP® Certification combines the popular principles of Agile with the rigorous standards and stature of PMI® for the first time, providing certified individuals with quantifiable proof of their Agile expertise.
